Uffda Day will be Sunday, October 3, 2010.
Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and other Scandinavian food will be served at City Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Demonstrations and Sale of Ethnic Foods begin at 11:00 a.m. Krumkake, rosettes, fattigman, lefse, rice pudding (in the Senior Hall), abelskivers, rommegrot, Uffda tacos and brats will again be available. Food booths will be near City Hall and the Fire Hall. Lefse, rosettes, T-shirts and Rutland Cookbooks will also be available for purchase.
Pioneer Demonstrations are noon to 4:00 p.m. Local artisans will demonstrate hardanger, wool spinning, quilting, embroidery and rope making. There will also be demonstrations (and samples) of ice cream making.
Parade at 1 p.m.
